International Shipping Services

    • Shipping Carriers and MethodsWe arrange international shipments using established carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS (Japan Post). Shipping methods are selected based on destination, delivery timeframe, package size, and carrier availability. For shipping rate estimates and how total costs are calculated, please refer to Pricing & Delivery.
    • Inspection and Packaging

When items arrive at our office, we perform a basic visual inspection to confirm they match your order in terms of quantity and general condition. We do not perform functional testing unless otherwise expressly agreed. Items are then packaged appropriately for international transit, including additional protection for fragile items when necessary, and prepared for international shipment.

    • Tracking and Insurance Options All shipments include a tracking number that allows you to monitor delivery progress. For high-value items, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance. Insurance availability and coverage depend on the carrier and destination.
    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes Import duties, VAT/GST, and any customs-related fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. Clients are advised to review local import regulations in advance to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
Risk of loss passes to the recipient upon transfer to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
