1) Service Fees
Our service fees reflect the time, expertise, and operational support required to source, purchase, coordinate, and manage your request in Japan.

2) International Shipping Estimates
International shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of your package. We work with reputable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Estimated International Shipping Rates (Express service, approximately 3–7 business days for a 1.0 kg package)
- USA and Canada: $30–$45 (¥4,500–¥6,500)
- United Kingdom and EU: $35–$50 (¥5,000–¥7,500)
- Australia and New Zealand: $30–$45 (¥4,500–¥6,500)
- Asia: $20–$35 (¥3,000–¥5,000)

3) Delivery Overview
International delivery is arranged after items are received, inspected, and packaged at our office in Japan. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on destination, package size, carrier selection, and customs procedures.

4) Customs & Import Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Please note that these charges vary depending on your country’s regulations and are determined by your local customs authority.
Whether customs charges apply depends on your country’s import regulations and the declared value of your order. Many countries have a duty-free threshold (known as a “de minimis” value) — orders below this amount may be exempt from import duties. However, thresholds and regulations vary by country and are subject to change without notice.
We recommend checking with your local customs office or postal authority before placing an order if you have concerns about potential import charges.
